Accounts Officer, Revenue

Westhaven is seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Officer, Revenue on a temporary Full Time five (5) month contract to assist with debt collection and NDIS claims.

About You
As an Accounts Officer, Revenue you will: 

  • Monitor, plan & report on claims to the NDIS and our customers
  • Undertake administrative tasks with the Financial Accounting processes
  • Comply with accounting standards
  • Assist the Financial Accountant with reporting duties
  • Liaise with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders for claim processing

You will have:

  • Knowledge of accounts receivable, reconciliations and general ledger processes
  • Experience using financial systems, completing reconciliations and report writing
  • Competent in the use and application of Excel and Google Sheets
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team where boundaries, responsibilities and requirements are constantly changing
  • Ability to manage work within set deadlines

Requirements of the role

  • Current NSW Driver’s licence 
  • Obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Obtain and maintain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
  • Willingness to undertake a pre-employment police check
