Westhaven is seeking a passionate Commercial Manager to lead a team focused on NDIS fund management, service delivery intake and forecasts, and business facilitation functions.

 About You

As a Commercial Manager you will: 

  • Utilise your high commercial and financial acumen to develop and lead data-driven projects 
  • Navigate the intricacies of the NDIS funding model, ensuring financial reporting accuracy and strategic resource allocation
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Deliver clear, compelling messages, ensuring alignment and collaboration
  • Lead by example and foster a high-performing team environment through effective management and motivational leadership
  • Achieve results through managing relationships and a commitment to quality outcomes
  • Ability to identify key metrics and trends from financial data, with the ability to communicate key financial messages to stakeholders

You will have:

  • Previous experience in a finance commercial role, focused on business performance and growth
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a successful and performing team
  • Demonstrated financial performance experience in managing contracts of service and finance management
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
  • Ability to mentor a team where responsibilities, goals and requirements are constantly changing
  • Ability to manage work within set deadlines with strong time management and attention to detail skills

Requirements of the role

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, or a related field
  • Current NSW Driver’s licence 
  • Obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Obtain and maintain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
  • Willingness to undertake a pre-employment police check
