Westhaven is seeking a Return to Work Coordinator to join our growing team to work with employees and managers to promote safe return to work programs and outcomes.

About You

If you enjoy supporting employees and promoting a safe work culture this may be the perfect opportunity for you. As the Return to Work Coordinator, you will complete tasks such as:

 

  • Preparing and monitoring return to work plans
  • Liaising with managers, health practitioners, claimants and relevant departments to reintegrate injured staff
  • Work with relevant departments on LPR systems
  • Maintain confidentiality throughout the return to work process

 

You will have:

  • Return to work or Work Health & Safety certification mandatory
  • Experience in managing workers compensation claims and injury management; or similar field
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Workers Compensation Act 1987
  • Demonstrated experience in coordination of communication across stakeholders
  • Experience managing a portfolio of cases
  • Self motivated with an ability to prioritise workload

Requirements of the role

  • Current NSW Driver’s licence 
  • Obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Obtain and maintain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
  • Willingness to undertake a pre-employment police check
