Cath joined Westhaven in 2003. Cath brings extensive experience working with children and young people to her role working through roles from Support Worker to Team leader and Service manager before stepping into the General Manager Role.  

Cath has a passion and commitment to ensuring that all children are given the opportunity to grow and thrive in a safe, protected, supported environment. She committed to ensuring vulnerable and disadvantaged members of our communities are recognised as an integral part of society.
