Midhun joined Westhaven in 2019 and brings extensive experience in management and working with children and young people to his role. Starting as a Support worker, Midhun has risen and proven himself in many roles from Team Leader, to Service Manager, Business Operations Manager, and recently stepping into the Acting General Manager role.

Midhun is deeply committed to ensuring that all children under Westhaven’s care are given the opportunity to grow and thrive in a safe and supported environment. He is also passionate about fostering a positive work culture and making Westhaven a place where everyone wants to work and feels supported in their role while upholding the organisation’s mission and values.

Bachelor of Business Administration.
Bachelor of Hotel Management.
Diploma in Community Services.
Diploma in American Hotel and Lodging Association.
Cert 111 In Individual Support.
