Penny joined Westhaven in 2012 as a support worker in Adult Services. Penny quickly moved through roles of Team Leader and Service Manager stepping into the General Manager of Adult Service role in May 2019. 

Penny brings strategic and operational skills to her role being an integral part of the successful tender response and transition of new participants into STa properties and the opening of new service operations for Supported Independent Living 

Penny has a passion for creating a workplace that provides the best culture and experience for both staff and participants and in creating meaningful impact in people’s life.
