Team Leader: Join Westhaven’s New Tamworth Chapter
Westhaven is establishing deep roots in Tamworth. With new clients arriving and local services expanding, we need a permanent, Full-Time Team Leader to lead our growing workforce.
Pay: SCHADS Level 4 ($44.58 â $47.97/hr) + loadings + 12% Super.

Quality: Manage service delivery, reporting, and safety for clients in the community.
Establish: Help build Westhaven’s reputation for excellence in the Tamworth region.
Experience: Leadership background in disability, mental health, or complex needs.
Skills: High emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and a person-centred approach.
Flexibility: Available for shifts between 6amâ10pm (min. 3 days/week).
Compliance: NSW Driver’s Licence, WWCC, NDISWC, First Aid & CPR
