Competitive Pay: $34.58 to $37.73 per hour + shift/casual loadings and 12% super.

Westhaven operates across multiple settings. Depending on your unique skill set and the needs of our participants, your role could be:
Empowering Choice: Supporting participants to meet their goalsâwhether that’s learning a life skill, attending an appointment, or mastering a new hobby.
Community Engagement: Planning and attending community events, sports, and social groups to build confidence and prevent isolation.
Quality Care: Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks with dignity, respect, and a “can-do” attitude.
Advocacy: Being a voice for our participants and ensuring their safety through accurate reporting and case notes.
What You’ll Need
A Positive Mindset: You are reliable, empathetic, and passionate about making a difference.
Flexibility: Availability to work across a 24/7 roster (mornings, evenings, and sleepovers) is essential for our residential roles.
Compliance: A current NSW Driver’s Licence, First Aid/CPR, Paid WWCC, and NDISWC. You must be willing to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
Qualifications: A Cert III or IV in Disability is a bonus, but your attitude and passion matter most!
