Competitive Salary: Level 4, Pay Point 1 – $44.58 per hour (SCHADS Award 2010) + 12% super.

As an Adult Services Team Leader in Wagga Wagga, you will:
Empower & Lead: Guide a team of Support Workers to provide high-quality, safe services to vulnerable persons in our community.
Coach & Mentor: Offer on-the-job training and guidance to build a versatile and skilled team.
Manage Performance: Utilise your experience to inspire excellence and deliver consistent support.
Drive Efficiency: Ensure effective administrative processes, including quality reporting, planning, and record-keeping.
Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to motivate and manage teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
High EQ: Advanced problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and positive interaction skills.
Conflict Resolution: Strong negotiation and de-escalation skills, particularly in high-conflict situations.
Complex Care Experience: Essential experience supporting complex needs, behaviours of concern, and mental health.

Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
Current paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) & NDIS Workers Check (NDISWC).
