Competitive Pay: Earn $34.58 â $37.73 per hour (SCHADS Award) + casual/shift loadings + 12% Super.

Forget “basic care.” You are an advocate for independence. Whether working within our Adult Services or Children’s Services teams, your day might look like:
The Big Wins: Teaching a child or adult a new daily living skill or helping them master their morning routine.

The Essentials: Providing dignified personal care, attending appointments, and keeping clear records (case notes/incident reports).
You don’t need a degree to have a heart, but you do need the following:
The Gear: A current NSW Driver’s Licence and a willingness to drive.
The Safety Net: Current First Aid & CPR, a paid NDIS Workers Check (NDSWC), and a Working with Children Check (WWCC).
The Commitment: Willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
The Vibe: A passion for inclusion and a “can-do” attitude. Qualifications in Disability or Community Services are a bonus, but we value person-first skills above all!
