In this role, variety is the only constant. You aren’t just a worker; you’re a mentor and a guide. Your day-to-day will involve:
Supporting children in developing essential daily living skills.
Facilitating social outings and community engagement.
Maintaining accurate case notes and progress tracking.

The Essentials:
Qualifications/Identity: You must hold a Certificate III or Certificate IV (in Disability, Community Services, or a related field) OR identify as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person.
A valid NSW Driver’s Licence.
Current First Aid & CPR certifications.
A Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Check.
Availability: Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster.
