We are seeking a Permanent Full-Time Commercial Analyst to support strategic, operational, and commercial decision-making. This is a dynamic, project-based role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing shifting priorities.
Competitive Salary: Level 5: $51 – $53.31 p/h (Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010) + 12% superannuation

As a Commercial Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. You will work closely with the Commercial Manager to support business case development, financial modelling, and the translation of data into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities:
Analyse new business opportunities, strategic initiatives, and financial projects
Develop and enhance financial models for decision-making
Prepare business cases, board papers, and executive reports
Translate complex data into actionable insights and monitor business performance
Design and automate dashboards and reporting tools
Support pricing strategy, revenue forecasts, cost analysis, and commercial due diligence
You will have:
A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modelling (absolute requirement)
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work with ambiguity and manage multiple priorities
Experience in a project-based, commercial, or consulting environment
Mandatory Requirements:
Current NSW Driver’s licence
Obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Obtain and maintain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
Willingness to undertake a pre-employment police check
