The Role
No two days are the same. You’ll be a mentor, a guide, and a support systemâhelping kids build daily living skills, attending social outings, and managing essential case notes.
Are You the Right Fit?
We value lived experience and passion as much as paperwork.
Required: NSW Driver’s Licence, First Aid & CPR, Paid WWCC, and NDISWC.
Highly Regarded: Cert IV in Disability/Community Services (Advantageous, but not essential!).
Availability: Ready to dive into a 24/7 rotating roster.
