In this role, you will supervise and mentor a dedicated team of support workers to deliver consistently high-quality and dignified care to children and young people (CYP) with complex needs.
You won’t be doing it alone; you will receive dedicated mentorship from an experienced Service Manager, focusing on strategic support that empowers CYP to achieve their individualised goals and exercise choice and control over their lives.
Leadership: Advanced skills, high emotional intelligence, and effective conflict resolution abilities.
Experience: Proven history supporting individuals with complex needs, behaviours of concern, and/or mental health concerns.
Qualifications: Diploma in Disability/Community/Children’s Services or working towards Bachelor degree in relevant field (or identify as Aboriginal).
