About You

The Recruitment Coordinator is a valuable member of the People and Culture Team and plays an instrumental role in discovering, attracting and recruiting candidates to various employment opportunities within Westhaven.  

Key responsibilities:

  • Focus on the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, incorporating our EVP

  • Delivery of strategic talent sourcing initiatives to attract and engage employees

  • Support a positive and seamless candidate experience

  • Manage recruitment activity with internal stakeholders

  • Maintain up to date recruiting policies and procedures

  • Provide support for developing and updating position descriptions

  • Partner with stakeholders for workforce planning & resourcing

 

You will have:

  • Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment delivery or a related field desired

  • Experience or knowledge in recruitment market conditions and trends

  • Proven experience in providing administrative support, including scheduling, data entry and document management

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with key stakeholders

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

 

Requirements of the role:

  • Current NSW Driver’s licence 

  • Obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)

  • Obtain and maintain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)

  • Willingness to undertake a pre-employment police check
