The Opportunity:

  • The Core Role: As our Roster Coordinator, you will be crucial to maintaining operational excellence by creating, distributing, and managing accurate staff rosters.

  • Hybrid working conditions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing, distributing, and maintaining accurate and efficient staff rosters.

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all staff rostering inquiries, providing prompt resolution or directing them to the appropriate department.

  • Ensuring all rostering decisions strictly comply with company policies, awards, and relevant legislation.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Highly Desirable: Proven experience in staff coordination, scheduling, or roster management.

  • Excellent ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated skill in managing multiple competing tasks and contributing successfully to a collaborative team environment.

  • A proactive, self-motivated approach coupled with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, contributing positively to our team culture.
