The Core Role: As our Roster Coordinator, you will be crucial to maintaining operational excellence by creating, distributing, and managing accurate staff rosters.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Developing, distributing, and maintaining accurate and efficient staff rosters.
Serving as the primary point of contact for all staff rostering inquiries, providing prompt resolution or directing them to the appropriate department.
Ensuring all rostering decisions strictly comply with company policies, awards, and relevant legislation.
What You’ll Bring:
Highly Desirable: Proven experience in staff coordination, scheduling, or roster management.
Excellent ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated skill in managing multiple competing tasks and contributing successfully to a collaborative team environment.
A proactive, self-motivated approach coupled with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, contributing positively to our team culture.
