Are You the One?
Experience is great, but your attitude is what matters most. We provide the training; you provide the passion. We particularly welcome applications from those with lived experience and Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander peoples.
The Essentials:
Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) & NDIS Workers Check.
A “can-do” attitude and a willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
Bonus points for a Cert III or IV in Disability, but it’s not a dealbreaker!
