Ben joined the Westhaven team in 2019 and came with 15 years of IT & Business management experience from the private and government sectors. In his short time with the organisation, he has spearheaded Westhaven’s technology transformation. With his sensical approach and agile implementation methods, Westhaven has seen rapid innovation in almost all areas of the organisation.

Ben is focused on driving digital innovation in the disability industry, finding ways to positively impact our clients through the use of technology. He also understands that changes can impact staff negatively when they are not managed appropriately. Ben works with stakeholders to ensure that risk is mitigated when possible to reduce staff impacts and increase staff satisfaction.
