Diane has over 25 years experience in executive leadership roles , working across not-for-profit, commercial, local, state and federal government organisations.  Her expertise covers organisational culture and leadership, strategic business planning, workforce development and change management. Diane continues to support businesses to attract and retain diverse workforces.

Diane is a passionate supporter of people with disabilities, having a younger brother born with an intellectual disability and autism.  Currently living  in Armidale NSW, Diane  joined Westhaven as a non-executive director in September 2019.

  • Masters in Business Administration – majors in Marketing Management, HR Management (completed 2009)
  • AICD Company Directors Course (completed 2017)
  • AICD Boardroom Masteryβ„’ Program (completed 2023)
  • Professional Coaching, Graduate in Business & Life Coaching (completed 2016)
  • TAE40116 Cert IV in Training & Assessment upgrade (completed 2019)
  • AUSTSWIM Presenter and Teacher (including Access & Inclusion)
