We provide client-centric, high-quality programs that turn houses into homes. If you are passionate about fostering independence and creating meaningful connections for adults with disabilities, we want to hear from you.
We have secured a local property and are currently onboarding our first clients. We are looking for a reliable, compassionate team to hit the ground running.
Flexibility: Casual and Permanent Part-Time opportunities (mornings, afternoons, and nights).
Competitive Pay: $34.58 to $37.73 per hour + shift loadings (SCHADS Award) + 12% Super.

You are a grounded, proactive professional who values choice and control for people with disabilities. To join us, you’ll need:
A current NSW Driver’s Licence & willingness to drive.
Valid First Aid & CPR Certificates.
A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) & NDIS Workers Check (NDISWC).
Willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
Experience in Disability or Community Services is highly regarded.
