We are looking for motivated individuals to help us build a workforce centered on accountability, effectiveness, and high-quality care for Children and Young People (CYP).

Collaborate: Partner with CYP and their families to achieve meaningful goals.
Navigate Complexity: Manage complex behaviours with empathy, strategy, and a person-centred lens.
What You’ll Bring:
Leadership Grit: Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and performance-manage a team.
Qualifications: Cert IV or Diploma in Disability, Community, or Children’s Services (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants willing to work towards this are strongly encouraged to apply!).
Expertise: Advanced problem-solving, conflict resolution, and de-escalation skills.
Essentials: NSW Driver’s Licence, NDISWC, Paid WWCC, and First Aid/CPR.
